* Accurate processing of all sales invoices
* Setting up new clients
* Maintain and monitor the sales admin inbox
* Assist the Depot managers in effective debt collection
* Cover the Purchase ledger department when required
* Daily reconciliation of the company bank statements
* Assist the FM in processing month-end journals
* Assist the FM in reconciling the company’s work in Progress and entering into the accounting system
* Assist the FM in reconciling monthly control accounts
* Assist the FM in preparing monthly P&L reports
* Assist the FM with monthly Depot accounts meetings
* Assist the FM in the preparation of annual budgets
* Assist the FM in quarterly budget forecast meetings
* Produce ad-hoc reports to Management when required
* Help cover other departments when required
* Provide general administrative support, e.g. answer phone calls and the Head Office intercom when required, assist with sorting post, scan documents when required
