The position offers exposure to a diverse range of finance tasks across two businesses.It’s an excellent chance to learn, develop, progress, and make an impact, with guidance from the FD and study support if required. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and ensure supplier invoice accuracy. Daily bank and credit card reconciliation. Sales invoicing Credit control, ensuring KPI’s achieved. Supporting the FD with ad hoc projects, both financially and operationally. Data entry and general finance administration duties. Data analysis and reporting back to the FD with information. Once you feel comfortable and as you progress in to an Assistant/Management Accountant role, there will also be exposure to and training given with:- Month-end preparation Balance sheet reconciliations Year-end accounts preparation. VAT returns The full finance management of the business Requirements Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in an SME finance function, with good Excel skills and attention to detail. Strong organisation & communication skills are essential.
