Your new role
- You will be responsible for the analysis and improvement of the iTrent HR system
- Lead the MI reporting and analysis which will drive the requirement for more shared data across the organisation. Using the iTrent system, BusinessObjects suite and Eploy recruitment system.
- You will support users to ensure they are utilising the system efficiently
- You will come in with a key eye for detail and critical lens, to review the current processes and how the system is currently being utilised. The organisation are keen to make sure they are optimising their current use and take this opportunity to develop the iTrent system.
- Collaborate with the change management team to ensure a smooth change process
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Systems Analyst who has worked with iTrent and BusinessObjects for several years. Ideally, you will have experience with an applicant tracking system, but it is not essential. You will be confident in the systems reporting functions and full system capability, as well as being able to consult the organisation on optimisations.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid working position, ideally you will be able to be on-site 3 days per week in Dorset. The daily rate is circa £(Apply online only) per day, dependent on experience. You will be joining a dedicated and passionate team. The start date is as soon as possible.
