Alexandra Palace is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the in-house Catering team to assist the Head Chef in the development and execution of seasonal menus and contribute to the preparation and delivery of food for a range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Chef de Partie role, ideally in event catering, hospitality, or a high-volume kitchen environment, and a genuine passion for food along with a creative approach to menu development.

* Food Preparation & Production: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for events
* Event Catering: Contribute to the preparation and delivery of food for a range of events
* Café Operations: Support the daily operation of the cafes
* Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff
Our ideal Chef de Partie will have:
* Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role, ideally in event catering
* Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy kitchen environment
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* A genuine passion for food and a creative approach to menu development
* Positive attitude with a proactive and resourceful approach to tasks
* Ability to work independently while being a team player
* A professional culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3)
