Be part of it…” A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals curating hosted moments and leading by example. Delivering exceptional guest experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them whilst empowering our team to problem solve Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices Working closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue Ensuring all administrative duties are complete from payroll, rota management to training compliance The ideal candidate You will have 1 years’ related management experience You will be an excellent communicator and be customer focused You will have strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a team effectively You will be an efficient problem solver and have an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment You will have strong industry knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards What you can expect from us Joining The iNUA Collection means becoming a part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in hospitality.
