We are currently in search of a dedicated Tender & Bids Co-Ordinator who will project coordinate tender bids to the NHS and other large customers. We are looking for an agile and dynamic individual to manage data outputs to improve submission results, and deliver reporting on future opportunities, submission progress and outcomes.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Tender Planning & Submission: plan, track and anticipate future NHS and other tenders/contracts and coordinate tender submissions adhering to relevant timelines.
* Data Reporting: generate regular status reports on upcoming, open, renewable, and awarded tenders. Manage our internal databases to record all aspects of tenders including competitor intelligence and assumptions to improve future outcomes.
* Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for improvement in the whole tender process and propose new tools for continued growth.
* Relationship Management: build and maintain excellent working relationships with external partners (NHS) and internally with our supply chain, regulatory, quality, customer service and finance teams.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience of NHS tender submissions.
* Expertise in data analysis and manipulation.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
* Robust organizational and project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
* A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
