Graduate Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Junior Solutions Engineer is required for a global manufacturer based in Kings Langley.
Responsibilities
Graduate Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Junior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Dealing with customer questions and handling sales enquiries.
2. Managing tenders, technical queries & specifications.
3. Providing day-to-day customer support.
4. Selling a range of fluid handling equipment, including Valves, Fittings, Regulators, Hoses, Filters, Instrumentation, and Measurement Devices.
5. Resolving technical issues and advising customers on available options.
6. Building relationships with existing and new clients.
7. Liaising with various engineering departments, including the external sales team and the manufacturing team.
8. Handling inbound and outbound phone calls from customers across the UK.
Package
Paying up to £33,000 depending on experience.
Private healthcare.
5% Pension Contribution.
Office Based.
Requirements
This position would suit a mechanical engineering graduate looking for a technical sales or solutions-focused role:
1. Any experience in customer service, sales advisor, sales, business development, etc. would be beneficial.
2. Hold an HNC, HND, or Degree Qualified in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
3. Must hold a Full UK Driving license and be commutable to their offices located near Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas such as Kings Langley, St Albans, Luton, and Watford.
