An award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. Full-time and part-time roles are available.
* In this role, you will provide vital support to fee earners, handling audio and copy typing, preparing legal forms (Oyez), and managing client correspondence.
* You will also answer calls professionally, update client records, maintain accurate files, and arrange appointments.
* Additional responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and inputting data into the case management system.
* Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, a fast and accurate typing speed, and the ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word are key requirements.
