Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors with professionalism and ensuring a seamless experience.
* Manage calls with confidence, directing enquiries efficiently and taking clear messages.
* Set up meeting rooms to create a polished and organised environment for important discussions.
* Keep files and records in perfect order, maintaining both digital and physical systems.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and stress-free journeys for the team.
* Support the office with essential administrative tasks, keeping operations running effortlessly.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Professional and approachable demeanour.
