Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with clients in the beauty and wellness sectors.
* Understand client business goals and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Serve as the trusted advisor, managing expectations and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Strategic Campaign Leadership:
* Develop comprehensive communication strategies that integrate digital, print, social media, influencer outreach, and PR initiatives.
* Collaborate with creative, media, production, and digital teams to plan and execute campaigns that align with client objectives.

Media Relations, Influencer Outreach & Event Management:
* Proactively pitch to key beauty press contacts to secure valuable media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
* Develop and implement strategies to create compelling influencer content that resonates with target audiences.
* Plan and coordinate events aimed at engaging press, influencers, and consumers, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.

Project & Account Management:
* Confidently manage accounts across various beauty categories, ensuring each campaign is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
* Oversee project timelines, budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
* Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
* Prepare and present detailed reports to clients with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:
* Lead and mentor junior account managers and support staff, promoting a collaborative team environment.
* Foster interdepartmental communication to ensure a seamless flow of ideas and successful campaign execution.
