As a Senior Technical Project Manager for the Baker Hughes DT Industrial Solutions team, you will own process operations, support & operations tooling, and third party tool implementation projects supporting Cordant and other strategic programs. You will support and collaborate with system engineers, infra architects, program managers, product owners, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders to ensure processes are efficient, defined, and follow a strategic plan for best in class operations.
Roles & responsibilities:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Being responsible for Tools and Process Simplifications for Operations across Industrial Solutions which includes focus on Ticketing, Knowledge base, M&O, Remote access, Subscription management, Lead Gen and Marketing, AI
Design and maintain operational processes to enable Industrial Solutions teams for success, balancing reuse of existing DT procedures while providing IS with the speed and scale it needs.
· Being able to demonstrate best practices pertaining to operational process and tooling along with a willingness to continually learn
· Collaborating with Cordant Product, Services, and Support Teams to standardize and improve operations and processes including knowledgebase migrations and customer mappings
· Owning/leading ServiceNow implementation, enhancements, new feature functionality, and more – supporting Industrial Solutions needs for customer engagement, internal processes, team collaboration, etc.
· Implementing Generative AI solutions where possible (within existing native apps, extending to future use cases) to support Baker Hughes’ digital transformation and focus on the energy trilemma
· Integrating SNOW instance with critical Cordant systems like: Dynatrace, Rally, Salesforce, etc. to enable end to end solutioning and faster operations
· Delivering project plans, solution roadmaps, risk registers, project budgets, and all other critical artifacts to ensure a successful program and stakeholder engagement

To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
· Have minimum 5 years’ experience in technical project management and/or operations experience
· Have excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Have an advanced execution mindset and sense of urgency, proven record of delivering goals
• Have demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
• Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs
