Teacher (Reading & Interventions) Annual Salary: Competitive (Pro-rata) Location: Sudbury Job Type: Teacher (4 or 5 days per week) Term: Temporary (Easter to Summer Term) We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team for the summer term, focusing on reading, interventions, and occasional classroom cover. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in students' educational journeys and who is available to work 4 or 5 days a week from the Easter to the Summer term. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver reading and intervention sessions to students across various year groups. Provide classroom cover as needed, ensuring continuity in learning and teaching standards. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and additional support where necessary. Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons and activities. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and student well-being. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in delivering reading and intervention programs. Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
