Eastbourne College (Inc) is looking for an Administrator to join the busy Eastbournian Society and Development Office.
This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic and sociable team, supporting the Development Director and wider department with key administrative, IT, data entry, and secretarial tasks. We’re seeking a self-starter who has strong interpersonal skills, can use their own initiative and who will excel in supporting both friendraising and fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide essential administrative support to the Development Director and team
2. Manage data entry, maintain records, and ensure smooth office operations
3. Offer secretarial and IT assistance, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning
4. Foster positive communication with team members, stakeholders, donors, and alumni

Terms and Conditions
Hours of Work: Full-time, all year round, with some evening and weekend event support (time off in lieu provided).
Holiday: 5 weeks plus bank holidays. Christmas shut-down week included.
Pension Scheme: Employer contribution of 5% to Stakeholder Pension Scheme.
Life Assurance: 3 times annual gross salary.
