Job title: Traffic Marshall

Duties/Key responsibilities:
* Ensure all visitors are greeted correctly and represent the company to the best of their ability
* Directing traffic: Safely guide vehicles to their destination, and ensure the smooth flow of traffic
* Setting up traffic management systems: Install and maintain cones, barriers, signs, and other equipment
* Monitoring traffic: Keep an eye on traffic flow and adjust systems as needed
* Communicating: Interact with drivers, pedestrians, and other workers to ensure safety
* Reporting incidents: Alert the appropriate personnel to any incidents or safety hazards
* Providing customer service: Assist drivers of large vehicles
* Maintaining pedestrian routes: Preserve routes for pedestrians
* Conducting risk assessments: Evaluate potential risks
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Valid CSCS card
* Valid Traffic Marshall card
* Full PPE
* Competent communication skills
