Job Role: Senior Pastoral Manager
Pay Scale: HAY Grade 9 (points 27 to 34 £40,008 - £46,056 FTE), 36 hours per week for 42 weeks a year
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, well-qualified and skilled Senior Pastoral Manager to join our welcoming, successful and growing school. The role oversees and leads the Pastoral Manager team across Years 7 to 13, working closely with Year leaders and the Senior Leadership team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and social development of students and is suitable for those with significant pastoral experience in schools. The position begins in February 2025 or as soon as possible.
