About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing support and guidance on their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be comfortable working with multiple IT applications and have a strong attention to detail.
