Assistant Finance Manager job summary
We are seeking to appoint a new Assistant Finance Manager at Katherine Warington School. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated finance team and play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and sustainability of our school.
The Role:
As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with colleagues across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Financial Management: Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring financial performance, and producing regular financial reports.
* Accounting: Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
* Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Systems and Processes: Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient financial systems and processes.
