Here’s what you’ll be doing
We are building Toddle ground-up with an AI-first approach so that AI is not just a feature, but a core capability of our platform. You will play a key role in shaping the vision of bringing an AI-powered teaching platform to teachers. This role requires close collaboration with design and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, test, and optimize AI prompts and design AI integration strategies using a systems-thinking approach to enhance user experience and interaction with Toddle AI tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and educators, to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into existing and new product features.
* Analyze user feedback and pedagogical principles, as well as troubleshoot data to iteratively improve AI-generated responses.
* Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and prompt engineering best practices to drive innovation.
Is this someone that looks like you?
* Have 2+ years of product management or related industry experience.
* Have experience in designing, testing, and optimizing AI systems prompts for LLM-based applications.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills.
* Are highly analytical and scrappy.
* Are curious, proactive, and thrive in collaborative settings.
* Bonus is a deep appreciation for educators and the challenges they face and an interest in pedagogy and curriculum.
