The Opportunity: We’re expanding our Leeds-based International Executive Search Team with a focus on serving clients in the United States. As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing senior-level talent with our US-based clients. This is a unique opportunity to build on our expanding network in the US, working closely with clients to understand their unique hiring challenges and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Jackson Hogg’s US clients to understand their strategic talent needs and develop search strategies. Engage, assess, and present top-tier senior talent, focusing on industries including Life Sciences, Chemicals, CleanTech and Industrial markets Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring proactive sourcing for current and future hiring needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support search strategies and provide insights to clients. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with the broader international team to leverage Jackson Hogg’s global network and best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in executive or senior-level recruitment, ideally with exposure to the US market. Strong industry knowledge in sectors such as Life Sciences, Technology, or Engineering. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and consult with senior stakeholders.
