The Position
Leading your accounts with ease and confidence, you’ll challenge and interrogate briefs, taking the time to truly understand your clients and their needs, and looking to provide solutions that go above and beyond expectations.
Commercially astute with a creative and strategic mindset, you’ll maintain an overview of all workstreams and keep up to date with your account’s progress, deadlines, targets and budgets.
Proactive and ready to inspire, you’ll manage and develop those around you by utilising your coaching skills. You’ll support junior members of the team in pushing themselves and the agency towards great things!
What We’re Looking For
An approachable and highly organised Account Manager with an enthusiastic nature and a drive for excellence.
You’ll have a good realm of experience working for a brand design agency, so you can talk us through all your successes within client-facing roles. It’s important that you have a solid packaging-focused background, particularly within the FMCG space, which would be ideal.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail and the ability to tackle challenges head on. If you’re the type who leaves no rock unturned, we absolutely want to speak with you!
