The Role:
UCB's highly experienced Disability and Neurodiversity Support team is looking to expand during an exciting period of growth for UCB. We require an Academic Support Worker to provide high-quality in-class support for FE and 6th form students with a Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD) or disability. Additionally, you will provide 1:1 appointments in one of UCB's Academic Skills Centres.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide in-class support for students with SpLD or disabilities.
2. Conduct 1:1 appointments in Academic Skills Centres.
3. Maintain accurate records and report on student progress.
Qualifications:
You will have experience supporting learners with an SpLD or disability, strong inter-personal and communication skills, and a flexible approach to work. Excellent record-keeping skills are essential.
