Key Qualifications Strong numeracy and literacy skills A proactive team player with excellent collaboration skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Proficient in commercial management software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly Word and Excel Ideal: Xero accounting software is desirable Demonstrated success in product-related account management Extensive international commercial experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels Excellent negotiation skills and written/verbal communication proficiency Ideal: bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Account Management Serve as the primary contact for all client account matters Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability Develop trusted advisory relationships with key stakeholders Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products aligned with client expectations Provide clients and internal teams with regular progress updates and performance insights Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and enhanced client engagement Monitor key account metrics, including quarterly sales and revenue forecasts Prepare comprehensive client status reports and collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives Administrative & Financial Management Oversee order processing, invoicing, and client-supplier coordination Manage sales invoicing, cash flow reporting, and sales forecasting Process client orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery Work closely with clients on stock forecasting and demand planning Prepare management account data and detailed cost analysis reports Handle shipping documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance Maintain accurate records related to tax, customs, and industry regulations Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams to manage import, export, and stock-handling operations Generate quotations and track them through to completion Client & Supplier Engagement Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers across diverse cultural and international markets Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities to enhance brand presence and increase revenue This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a business that is dedicated to excellence and innovation within a fast-paced global industry
