Job Title: Architect Location: Nottingham Salary: £35,000-£55,000 Are you an Architect, Interior Designer or recently qualified Part III with experience in, and looking to focus on retail design? Our client is an award-winning architectural practice renowned for their professional range of architectural services from retail and residential to mixed use and commercial. They have an established reputation for creative design and high-quality implementation of master plans, individual buildings and interiors. Due to increasing workload, they are seeking an Architect, Interior Designer or newly qualified Part III to join the team. This role will involve supporting the planning application process, preparing design documents, and producing high-quality drawings to present to clients. Assist in preparing planning applications, design and access statements, and other supporting documents Produce presentation work, including drawings, renderings, and visualisations, to enhance application documents. Conduct design reviews and prepare drawings as required. Present design concepts and proposals to clients. Work independently or as part of a team, reporting to a Director. Proficient in AutoCAD Skilled in Sketchup Revit is a desired skill Experienced with Adobe Suite including InDesign and Photoshop Enthusiastic and passionate about residential and commercial design You will thrive when working collaboratively You will be able to deliver innovative and cost-effective design solutions Maintain high standards whilst delivering client presentations and pitches Strong understanding of construction principles and UK residential planning regulations Strong communication skills Requirements: Proficient in CAD software Excellent teamwork and communication Highly motivated with excellent communication and organisation skills A keen eye for detail and a flair for design Experience working on retail/supermarket projects
