IFA Administrator - Guildford
Our client is seeking an Administrator to join its team of leading Advisers and Paraplanners. The position presents an opportunity to join a dynamic company offering excellent benefits after satisfactory completion of probation period.
Job Description:
1. Provide a high-quality service to clients and make sure that client queries are dealt with in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
2. Manage workflow using an Intelliflo task system
3. Process and submit New Business (Pension / Investments / Life), ensuring compliance checklists are complete.
4. Process top ups, fund switches and withdrawals
5. Check and complete investment transactions
6. Manage and finalise client documentation
7. Process LOAs and input the policy information
8. Assist with preparation of templated letters
9. Liaise with providers and other 3rd parties, to obtain any information that may be needed
10. Obtain information and prepare Annual Reviews
11. Ensure back-office system is up to date
12. Keep up to date with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures
13. Support and work closely with team members
14. Welcome clients, and cover reception and post where necessary
Skills/Experience:
15. Previous experience within a financial advisory organisation.
16. Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
17. Proactive manner
18. Investment and pension knowledge is desired but not essential.
19. Any Financial Services qualifications are desired but not essential.
