Digital Delivery Lead Drive Innovation in Utilities Hybrid - North West England. The Talent Movement is excited to be partnering on this vacancy with a leading design and build contractor in the utilities sector, looking for a Digital Delivery Lead to strengthen their forward-thinking Digital Delivery team. This is a hybrid role based initially based between Shropshire and Manchester. 2 days WFH and 3 days based at the office or on client site. From 3D modelling and visualisation to digital rehearsal and asset management, your work will redefine how projects are delivered, ensuring seamless digital adoption across the framework. What Youll Be Doing Championing digital transformation, embedding digital delivery as the standard approach across project teams. Driving change management, ensuring seamless adoption of digital tools across the organisation. Leading the implementation of tools like surveying & scanning, 3D modelling, digital field management, and digital rehearsal. Engaging with key stakeholders from engineers to leadership to ensure alignment and successful rollouts of digital initiatives. Supporting teams with digital onboarding, communication strategies, and ongoing upskilling. Building a community of digital champions across disciplines, ensuring a consistent approach to digital delivery. Monitoring digital success through reporting and metrics at project and framework level. Driving collaboration with clients, ensuring theyre on board with the digital transformation journey. What Were Looking For Technical Skills & Experience Strong background in digital transformation and change management. Experience deploying digital initiatives (e.g., BIM, 3D modelling, visualisation, digital rehearsal, or asset management tools). Understanding of engineering, design, and construction processes within the utilities or infrastructure sector. Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and information management best practices. Mindset & Approach Passionate about driving change and embedding digital ways of working. A natural communicator able to engage and influence at all levels. Self-motivated, proactive, and excited by the potential of digital innovation. A collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams. Desirable Qualifications Postgraduate qualification in engineering or operational disciplines. Membership of a professional institution. BIM certification (ISO 19650 or BS1192) from a recognised body.
