Job Description:
The Role
You will be primarily responsible for implementing our time off, timesheet, and time tracking program within SuccessFactors across multiple countries. The role requires a solution-oriented mindset, strong technical understanding of system functionalities, and the ability to handle complex local situations. Interpersonal skills are essential for guiding stakeholders and ensuring high levels of resolution, support, and customer satisfaction.
* Deliver the time management suite in SuccessFactors, including time off, timesheets, and time tracking modules.
* Provide end-user support, resolving employee queries and acting as a functional expert in time off management.
* Collaborate with HR Systems, Operations teams, and third-party vendors for system development and enhancements.
* Gather requirements for enhancement requests, assess impact, and guide stakeholders; raise Demand Requests if necessary.
* Conduct quality assurance on system configurations and workflows, monitor system performance.
* Train HR personnel on new functionalities and produce system documentation.
* Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
* Participate in HR system implementation projects related to time off.
* Coordinate with HRIT on project delivery, tracking timelines and schedules.
