Job Description
We are looking for a talented Merchandising Admin Assistant or Allocator to join a dynamic and fast paced team based in Watford.
The role will be key in providing support to the merchandising team on forecasting, analysis and the on-time delivery of the ranges, always looking at the risk and opportunities available.
Key responsibilities include:
* System management, raising PO’s and updating these through the process
* Work with suppliers on monitoring and managing the intake of stock to ensure timely deliveries as planned, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently
* Flag any risk to stock launch dates to senior members of the team
* Be able to work to and manage key critical path dates
* Regular store visits to review displays and following up on any action required
* Stock management from allocation, replenishment, and stock transfer within the business
* Undertake regular comp shopping and trade shows and report back findings to the team
* Create weekly trade reports and any other reporting as required by the team, reviewing weekly sales and be able to provide suggestions on course of action

* Good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office and Excel.
Hybrid working is available; 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
