Location: Aldridge, West Midlands
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are hiring 2 Machine Operators to join a busy and friendly team in Aldridge. This role offers a clean working environment, free parking, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
Perform quality checks to meet product standards.
Carry out basic maintenance and promptly report equipment issues.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
