Dummer Down Café & Grocery is set in the outbuildings of Dummer Down Farm on the outskirts of Basingstoke. The site includes a large café with a kitchen and retail space that stocks locally farmed meat, and deli items such as charcuterie and cheese, breads and patisserie. There is great outside seating, and the opportunity to use the space for private functions. Hours: 7.5 hours only on a SATURDAY Does your dream job look something like this? Regular hours during the day General Purpose To produce and cook the food for sale in the farm shop and to produce food items for retail sale in the farm shop when appropriate, alongside the Head Chef. To input into the development of menus and ensure the implementation of the company’s HACCP policy and food hygiene and safety procedures.
