40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Assistant with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious settings.

Job Description
As a General Assistant you will…
* Working Monday-Friday, 06.30-15.00.
* Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch and snacks according to established menus and recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
* Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
* Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
* Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders.
* Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
* Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a catering setting
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
* Fun and enthusiastic
* Have excellent organization skills.
* Demonstrate great attention to detail.
* Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
* Possess great customer service skills.
* Have a flexible approach to work
