We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive quality excellence in a dynamic and international market leaderThis role is crucial to ensuring compliance, enhancing product quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality, environmental and safety plans. Champion quality standards and best practices across the organisation. Lead investigations and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 22000 (FSSC) standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Conduct audits and ensure adherence to HACCP principles. Analyse data to identify trends and develop strategic quality initiatives. About You: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry). Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance or control within the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
