The successful Internal Business Development Team Leader will ensure full support is given to the external RMI Business Development Manager and to assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as well as achieving sales targets.
To ensure the Prospect365 CRM is updated with comprehensive and accurate information and documentation.
Prepare proposals and supporting documentation for customers and the RMI Business Development Manager.
To use effective verbal and written communication skills to co-operate proficiently with customers and colleagues.
To be flexible in approach when required to assist with any business requirements.
Internal; Marketing department, internal sales support and customer services. External RMI Business Development Manager
External; Social Housing Organisations, Councils, House Builders along with the following influencers in that market including, Contractors and Asset Managers.
To be successful in this role of Internal Business Development Team Leader we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
Business development: 1 year (preferred)
Suitable customer support services are required
Experience in a similar role is ideal
Knowledge of the Social Housing ventilation Industry is preferable
Previous CRM experience is preferable
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required
