Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Salary: £26,000
Location: Redbourn (Near St. Albans)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am-4:30pm

They are now recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join them in their office near St. Albans.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Experience in a similar role
2. AAT Level 2
3. A background in construction & understanding of CIS is desirable
4. Excellent communication skills written & verbal
5. Able to work off your own initiative
6. UK Driving License – due to office location
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain financial records and reconcile bank and supplier statements.
2. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and resolve discrepancies.
3. Update debtors lists and allocate fuel costs to departments.
4. Ensure CIS compliance by verifying subcontractor details and deductions.
5. Perform credit card analysis and handle utility bills or PCN inquiries.
6. Support audits and assist with finance team administrative tasks.
