Job Scope: We are looking to recruit a Domiciliary Care Manager for our client, a leading provider of homecare services. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining a high standard of care. The Domiciliary Care Manager will lead a dedicated team, fostering a supportive work environment and encouraging staff development. With centralised support teams handling HR, payroll, quality, and marketing, along with an in-house recruitment team ensuring a steady workforce, this role allows you to focus on delivering exceptional care. The Domiciliary Care Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, safeguarding procedures, and other legislative requirements. Strong relationships with service users and their families will be maintained, promoting trust and quality service. Financial oversight will be a key aspect, ensuring resources are used efficiently. As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will also collaborate with senior leadership, contribute to strategic decisions, and benefit from digital innovations enhancing operational efficiency. Do you have? A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary/homecare, demonstrating leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, reflecting a strong commitment to professional development and excellence in care delivery. A robust understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, with a proven track record of maintaining or improving CQC ratings, ensuring compliance and high-quality care standards. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage time, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality care delivery.
