An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for a Facilities Manager to provide exceptional facilities management across the College's estate.

In this position, you will lead and support the grounds and maintenance team and implement and drive the College’s PPM programme ensuring compliance with statutory obligations across the estate. You will also be responsible for the computer aided facilities management system, asset management system and statutory obligation dashboard.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A strong background in facilities management.
2. Strong contract and asset management experience.
3. An understanding of statutory compliance mapping and reporting.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Experience in managing and delivering facilities management across a multi-site estate.
6. A commitment to providing a high-quality end user experience to students and staff.
