As a member of our JAT Support Team you will be responsible in delivering outstanding customer experience as the first line of support for telephone and email queries from our managed house operators and internal departments. You will ensure that all queries are resolved in a timely manner or re-directed to the appropriate owner of the issue. This involves you managing and maintaining multiple systems and being the guardian of a number of processes. So what will you be doing? Here's some of the key accountabilities.
* Ensuring all back-of-house administration is up to date.
* Be an escalation point for our JAT Operators for any supplier relations.
* Processing required payments to local authorities.

Our ways of working This role is office based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days. We're also currently gearing up for an exciting move! In 2025, we'll be relocating from our current location at Broadway Park (on the outskirts of Edinburgh) to a modern, flexible working space in the heart of the city centre. The move to our new home at 6 St Andrew Square is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025, subject to detailed planning and relevant approvals. The site will have great transport links and will be just a five minute walk from Waverley station. There'll be plenty of support for colleagues during the transition to the new location, so stay tuned, and once you're onboard you'll have access to a SharePoint site with further details.
