We are recruiting an Learning & Development Specialist to partner with the business and to deliver our learning and development strategy on a 12 month fixed term contract and on a full or part time basis (minimum 21 hours per week).

What will you be doing?
Reporting into the HR Manager you will partner with all areas of the business to ensure Newbury Building Society retains and develops skilled, enabled and engaged employees.
1. Work with HR Manager to effectively allocate and utilise budget resource to enhance and build skills for the future.
