A wonderfully led and resourced Primary School in Redbridge, London is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join them in September 2024 on a full-time basis to work with children who have additional needs and require nurturing and support to make their school experience as positive as possible!
This is a full-time, long-term role until at least July 2025, starting off initially on long-term supply and then moving onto a permanent contract for the right person.

For this Teaching Assistant role in Redbridge, London, the primary school is open to graduates as well as experienced Teaching Assistants. Experience supporting any of the following needs would be an advantage:

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Would:
* Have a genuine passion for working with children with SEN
* Be driven to improve the education and life chances of children and young people
* Be able to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence
* Assist with planning of activities with class teacher & SENCO
* Help with general class teaching assistant duties
