Customer Service Administrator – Temporary (3 Months)
Location: Tolvaddon (Office-Based)
⏳ Contract: 3 Months
Pay Rate: £13.48 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm (37 hours per week)
Pertemps Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client to join their busy Customer Service Centre. This role involves raising repairs, updating customers, and maintaining accurate records for reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Handling customer queries and providing updates on repairs
* Accurately processing data and maintaining records
* Working efficiently under pressure while ensuring accuracy
* Using multiple systems to log information and track progress
* Communicating clearly and professionally via phone and email
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong administration and data entry skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Confident communicator, both verbal and written
✅ Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
