Strike the Right Chord in Your Career!
Are you a passionate and dynamic Music Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of musicians? Do you believe in the power of music to motivate, engage, and transform young minds? If so, we want you to join our vibrant and creative team at Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School. We are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher of Music who can bring energy, innovation, and a love for all things musical to our students. This is your chance to hit the high notes in your career while making a real impact in a school that values and celebrates the arts.
Our pupils are well-behaved because we model how to behave. We achieve this through kindness and firm boundaries. We expect pupils to have manners and show respect to each other and their teachers. Anyone who does not show manners and respect is sanctioned and reflects on their behaviour so they make better choices in the future. If it would not be good enough for our own relatives, it is not good enough for our pupils. This is our school’s golden rule. We want the best for every child, regardless of where they were born, how much money they do or don’t have, and who they are (gender, race, disability, sexual orientation). That is what drives us.
Your skills will include:
1. Being a good/outstanding classroom practitioner with a good understanding of how children learn;
2. Having a proven track record of raising attainment through their teaching and learning;
3. Possessing a passion to make a difference in pupils’ lives and showing a commitment to school improvement.
