Our client is seeking an experienced leader to drive medical input and strategy for their oncology portfolio, focusing on lung, bladder, and prostate cancer.
Discover more about our Senior Medical Advisor opportunity; As the Senior Medical Advisor, you will be measured against the following objectives:
Build and maintain awareness of the latest scientific and clinical advances in lung cancer.
Contribute to the local evidence generation plan, identifying data gaps and proposing mechanisms to fill them.
Lead and collaborate on projects and activities in support of the medical plan.
As the Senior Medical Advisor, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain a good understanding of NHS issues affecting the therapy area, including NHS priorities and market access issues or barriers.
Involvement in the development of the medical affairs strategy for the lung cancer therapy area.
Collaborate with Market Access colleagues, providing medical expertise on Health Technology Appraisal submissions.
Actively engage with key clinicians and academics to stay updated on the latest scientific and clinical advances.
Support the medical plan by collaborating on various projects and activities.
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Senior Medical Advisor:
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong project management skills and demonstrated experiences in leading clinical/scientific programs with a high degree of autonomy.
Experience supporting Health Technology Appraisal Submissions.
