Role Overview
We are seeking a female Well-being & Social Inclusion Coach to provide one-on-one social and community support for a client looking to grow their confidence and independence. This role is about more than care—it’s about empowerment, companionship, and building trust.
As this role involves providing personal support to a female client, we are legally permitted under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 to only accept applications from female candidates.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the client in social and community activities to enhance confidence and independence.
* Providing emotional support and encouragement in social settings.
* Helping the client navigate and access community resources and services.
* Assisting with daily living skills, including travel and engagement with local events.
* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for the client.
Requirements:
* A kind, patient, and understanding nature.
* Experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to foster confidence and independence.
* A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
* Some prior care or social support experience preferred, but full training is provided.
