What you will do in your working day
In your role as Reception & Events Assistant, you'll be an essential member of our team from your first day. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting visitors and managing the reception area with professionalism
* Answering and directing telephone calls
* Maintaining up-to-date customer databases and managing daily correspondence
* Assisting in the preparation of meeting documents and proposals
* Setting up and managing conference and event spaces
* Managing diary and room bookings
* Liaising with customers and suppliers
* Handling mail, managing stock, and performing general office duties
The training you will be getting
* Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification
* Delivery of training to be confirmed

* Progression for further education and full time job.
