Reports to: Mold Making Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Able to perform tasks as assigned by mold making leader, with supervision.
2. Demonstrates adherence to policies and procedures.
3. Cooperative and willing to work with all levels within the organization.
4. Stable, courteous, has sound judgment, and maintains a positive personal appearance.
5. Complete all assigned duties and/or tasks.
6. Participate in learning opportunities within the Mold building industry, including Mold Making, Machining, or Engineering.
7. Assist within the relevant department while learning about other aspects of the company.
8. Complete all tests, presentations, and required evaluations.
9. Positively receive feedback.
10. Keep a log of everything learned.
11. Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
12. Attend night school and maintain a 70% average; grades will be monitored.
Job Requirements (education/experience/competencies):

5. High school diploma or GED.
6. Driver’s license with own transportation recommended.
7. Good physical strength with lifting capacity of 60 lbs and good hand-eye coordination.

10. A growth mindset and passion for learning.
11. High technical aptitude and willingness to develop technical abilities.
12. Validated dependability and reliability.

15. Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
16. Required to work a 2 shift rotation.
17. Punctual.
18. Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); will be introduced to CAD software.
