This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your Finance career with Sadlers Wells in a new role that has arisen with the opening of SW East. The role will support the Financial Controller and perform the first line review of the payroll, act as the technical expert for payroll and pension matters, and put into place best practice processes for payroll. This role is part-time; working 24 hours per week.
As a subject matter expert on payroll, pensions, and statutory reporting, you will be responsible for driving operational and strategic excellence. This will include working with the Senior Finance and Payroll Officer on end-to-end execution of our biweekly and monthly payroll cycles (including related reporting), as well as spearheading strategic projects such as bespoke management reporting and internal process development. Working with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation, this role presents the opportunity to continue to develop and embed best practice as we enter an exciting period of growth.
