The vacancy We are looking for a strategic and visionary leader to head our ERP Solutions & Functional Consulting team, guiding Bromford through the adoption of ERP solutions at scale, predominantly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Most excitingly, we are building out a Dynamics-focused ERP and Power Platform engineering team, for which this role is a key leadership position. This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton or Lichfield with regular travel required. A basic DBS and consumer check as well as a full clean UK driving licence are required. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Leadership: Heading the new ERP Solutions & Functional Consulting team, ensuring all functional consultants and architects align to a common set of business goals Team Building: Establishing the team, operating model, and ways of working from scratch, creating a sector-leading functional consulting capability Roadmap Development: Creating, maintaining, and communicating the Bromford ERP roadmap, continuously adopting the best features and functionality, including AI innovations Functional Expertise: Acting as the in-house expert on Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE), providing strategic guidance on functional architecture, system configuration, and solution options Delivery Ownership: Translating Bromford's strategy into packaged software solutions, delivering the roadmap through both continuous improvement and project-based methods Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the face of ERP solutions for Bromford, engaging with executives, business stakeholders, and external partners to drive alignment and innovation Mentorship & Development: Managing and mentoring a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement Standards & Certification: Creating professional standards, including certification pathways and personal development plans for the team Talent Management: Recruiting, retaining, and nurturing top talent to ensure the team's long-term success To thrive in this role, you should have: Mastery of Dynamics 365 F&O: Extensive experience, with deep expertise in asset management, operations, and finance Hands-on Functional Consulting: Proven track record as a functional consultant with a history of solving complex business challenges Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and growing consulting teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving results Enterprise-Scale Expertise: Experience working with Dynamics 365 at scale (e.g., 3,500 colleagues, 80,000 properties, 200,000 customers) Full-Lifecycle Implementation: Extensive experience delivering multiple full-lifecycle D365 F&O implementations Continuous Change: Preferably, experience leading Dynamics teams in a continuous change environment Housing Sector Knowledge: Desirable but not essential, provided you have the required expertise in Dynamics functional capabilities We're looking for someone who is: An excellent communicator who can influence and present to senior stakeholders A strong leader with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams A problem solver with a calm, logical approach under pressure Detail-oriented, ensuring quality and excellence in all deliverables Proactive and customer-focused, placing a strong emphasis on stakeholder satisfaction Bromford is working with Revoco, a recruitment agency, in connection with these roles.
