Our Claims Handlers handle insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss in a modern and welcoming office environment. Primarily a phone-based role, you will manage home claims efficiently and empathetically from start to resolution. You will handle incoming calls, guide customers through the claims process, and gather necessary information in order to assess claims in line with policies and procedures, ensuring we reach the best outcomes for our customers.
