Job Responsibilities:
1. Make sure client needs, service levels, and KPIs are met.
2. Be clients' main point of contact; supporting and guiding with the help of the wider team.
3. Support funerals - conducting the ceremony, leading the team, and carrying the deceased when necessary.
4. Make sure all regulated work, including funeral planning appointments, is referred to a 'certified colleague'.
5. Build and maintain relationships with the team, clients, and the community.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A commercial mind-set and experience in a managerial role.
2. A true customer focus and a real passion for delivering a great service.
3. The ability to capture intricate detail and make sure it is reflected in the service we deliver.
4. Compassion, understanding, and empathy, and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
5. A UK manual driving licence.

Salary and Benefits:
£34,756 per annum (£14.69 per hour) plus benefits. Full Time 45.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm plus occasional on-call duties covering evenings and weekends in Worcester WR1 2RS.
