Main duties of the job We are recruiting a Team Manager to work across two of our Open Mental health services- Community Rehabilitation and Peer Suicide Prevention. The Community Rehabilitation service uses a whole-team approach to support individuals with long-term enduring mental health challenges to develop a well-rounded and long-lasting recovery within the community. The Peer Suicide Prevention Service offers support for individuals who are experiencing suicidal thoughts with safety planning, engaging in rewarding activities and connecting with meaning, increasing hope, optimism and empowerment. Desirable Working as part of a hospital discharge team or experience of working alongside clinicians in acute settings. Background in assertive outreach.
