Robert Half are excited to be working with an industry leading organisation to recruit a Graduate for their opening of a Finance Assistant position, based Mountain Ash.
They are offering a base salary up to £23000 + Hybrid working (1 day from home), subsidised canteen & onsite parking & More.
Duties:
1. To assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of the Finance Office function.
Key Responsibilities:
2. Working with the Finance Manager on various projects.
3. Assisting with month-end including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
4. Develop an understanding of all aspects of the Finance function.
5. Help with the annual external audit.
Knowledge and Skills:
6. Ability to work on own initiative, to constantly hit targets and strict deadlines.
7. Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel Have the initiative to resolve complex problems and instigate processes to avoid such instances occurring in future.
8. Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels both within the Company and with external stakeholders.
9. Excellent analytical, numerical, communication and organisational skills.
10. Flexible and adaptable.
Education/Experience:
11. Finance-related degree · Advanced Excel skills
